Hull & Superstructure

Hull Fabricated in steel to 10/6/5/4mm thickness.
Rubbing strakes Welded both top and bottom. One full length plus quarter length fender.
Decks All self draining.
Weed hatch Quick release.
Fuel tank Approx 40 gallons, drain and vent.
Fresh water tank Approx 150 gallons, built into foredeck and complete with filter vent and inspection hatch.
Gas locker/s Hinged lids, self draining and vented locker/s space for two 13kg bottles.
Window apertures Cut to your specification.
Handrail Semi & traditional boats, integral hand rails on the coach roof with drainage points. Cruiser boats have tubular handrails fitted.

Concrete ballast installed into bitumen prepared base lined with felt.
Floors are constructed from 18mm exterior grade plywood, the underside and edges painted with bitumen.
Polyurethane spray foam insulation class 1 BS476 part 7:1987.
All windows, toughened glass, gold anodized frames with drop back vents.

Internal Fittings

Cabin sides and roof lined with oak veneer ply. (T&G optional extra: POA).
Bulkheads are manufactured from oak veneer panels.
Sapele hardwood trims throughout the boat (Oak or Cherry extra: POA).
Interior woodwork finished in a hard wearing two-pack lacquer.
Exterior woodwork finished in yacht varnish.
Carpets, curtains, upholstery, tiles & work surfaces, chosen to customer specification.
Vinyl floor in bathroom & Galley.
12v aerial with booster.
Sprung mattresses to all fitted beds.
Brass mushroom vents as required.

Interior Design

Interior layout & design to customer specification as standard to include:-

Master bedroom

Fixed double bed with sprung mattress and drawers for storage below.
Overhead cupboard with pair reading lights.
Half height foot locker (smaller craft).
Full height wardrobe/dressing table (craft above 50ft).
Privacy door - optional extra. (Solid door with hardwood frame complete with brass handle and catch).

Bathroom

Fully tiled shower cubicle, with mixer shower.
12v cassette toilet.
Vanity unit with basin.
Full height cupboard, opening into bathroom or the passage way.
Solid bathroom door with hardwood frame complete with bathroom lock and brass furniture.
Cushion vinyl flooring.

Galley

LPG cooker built into galley units as to customer specification.
12v 4 cu ft fridge.
1 piece laminated Formica work surface finished with matching hardwood edging. (Colour to customer choice).
Stainless steel sink. (Separate stainless steel round bowl and drainer complete with chopping board and basket as optional extra: POA).
Cushion vinyl flooring.

EXTRA ROOMS

(Boats 55ft & above have one room, 65ft & above have two).

Second fixed double with overhead cupboard and foot locker complete with reading lights.

Raised dinette which converts into double bed. (Complete with upholstery to customer choice).

Open plan saloon with T.V. cabinet. (Fixed seating available as an optional extra).

SERVICES

Water system

Pressurized system via diaphragm type pump with integral pressure switch, complete with 5ltr accumulator tank.
Hot water supplied from 12 gallon twin coil calorifier which is heated from the engine and central heating if fitted.
240v immersion heater available as optional extra.
Hot water temperature is regulated with thermostatic mixing valve before ALL taps and shower to avoid risk scalding.
Pipe work and connections are executed in Hep2o as this is less susceptible to frost damage than copper.

12v Electrics

Cabin electrical services are supplied by two - 12 volt 110 amp hour leisure batteries, charged by the engine alternator via a split charge relay or second alternator (if fitted) to avoid discharging the engine start battery.
All wiring will be heavy gauge multi-strand cable.
All circuits will be designed to produce less voltage drop than required for CE certification. Individual circuits are distributed via a 10-way distribution board with amp meter and are protected by miniature circuit breakers.
Heavy duty master switches will be fitted with removable keys.
Individually switched brass framed with teak base 12v halogen roof lights in each cabin.
Brass down lights under all overhead cupboards, wall lights in lounge and dining room.

240v Electrics

240V electrical services are supplied by landline hook-up to a ring main with four double brass sockets located to customer specification.
Protected by 16amp RCD.

Paintwork

Total five coats of top quality marine paint in choice two colours and coachline.
Fully blacked below top rubbing strake.
Roof, gunwales, fore and aft decks all have non-slip surfaces.

All our fully fitted boats are designed and constructed to the Recreational Craft Directive and come complete with boat manual and CE plate.

Warranty

All new boats built will be supplied with full twelve months Guarantee against parts & labour.
